The hotel complex is set over 13 hectares in the unusual, natural setting of Patong beach, which is around 350 m away. The colorful abundance of plants and trees on the site makes many visitors feel they have found paradise. The renowned entertainment district of Patong is only a 10-minute walk away. Phuket is some 20 minutes away by car and Phuket airport can be reached in 45 minutes using public transport.
ROOMS
All comfortable and chic accommodation units feature air conditioning and a bathroom. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. Most rooms feature a balcony or terrace. Each accommodation unit features a double bed or a king-size bed. Cots are available for children. A safe and a minibar also feature. A mini-fridge and tea and coffee making equipment contribute to a comfortable stay. Each accommodation unit offers internet access, a telephone, a TV, a radio, a stereo system and wireless internet access. Slippers are among the comforts offered in the accommodation units. Wheelchair-accessible accommodation units are also bookable. Each of the bathrooms features a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer, bathrobes and tiles. Each accommodation unit includes a bathroom with tiles.
RESTAURANT
Buffet breakfast is served daily. Both Banburee Restaurant and Thomthong Restaurant offer Thai, Asian and international dishes. Drinks and live entertainment are available at the Lobby Lounge.
AMENITIES
The establishment comprises a total of 508 accommodation units. A lobby and a reception are available to guests. Services such as a cloakroom, a safe and currency exchange facilities make for a comfortable stay. Internet access and wireless internet access are available in the public areas. Gastronomic options include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Guests can visit the supermarket to purchase daily necessities. Shopping facilities are available. The grounds of the establishment feature a playground and an attractive garden. Additional features of the establishment include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving in their own vehicles can park in the car park. Among the additional services available are a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry and a hairdressing salon.
The establishment offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool. The sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace offer a great place to unwind. A hot tub provides an opportunity for relaxation. Bussarakum Pool located nearby the lobby,
Noppakaow Pool located nearby the big lawn.

Upgrading work details:
- Adding the water slide tower on the main existing pool
- Adding the water slide and water park equipment on the children’s pool
The renovation work will be conducted from 8:00 to 18:00 daily.

Please note that the addition of the slider tower to “Noppakaow Pool” area is still under construction until Aug 2023. The swimming area of the Noppakaow Pool remains fully accessible and open for the guests to use as usual. The hotel only closed off the middle island of the swimming pool, which is separated by a safety partition. As well as the guests can also use the other pools facilities, The Bussarakam and The Morrakot pool.
