Makkah Mall (shopping center)

Makkah Mall has many malls, but if there is one mall you must visit, Makkah Mall is for its location. Due to its proximity to Masjid al-Haram, it is easy for pilgrims to go on small pilgrimages. You can find most famous brand stores in this mall. The good news is that there is something for everyone at the mall, from really expensive brands to cheap supermarkets.

The food court is of a high standard and the shopping center has a good place for prayers and a children’s play area.

Mecca Auction Mall

It is a permanent auction center located in the Hilton Tower, very close to the Grand Mosque. You will find some amazing jewelry, old rings, old banknotes and old Islamic coins from different countries and many other interesting things.

It’s a very different way of shopping. Things are displayed and then people bid on them. Sometimes it feels like a competition for riches, but sometimes you can get a lot.

Hira Cave (Ghar e Hira)

This is the cave where the Holy Prophet (sws) spent a lot of time and you got the first revelation from Allah (swt) inside this cave of Gabriel (sws).

This cave is of great importance in Islamic history. The cave is located on the Jabal al-Noor mountain, three kilometers from Mecca. It takes about six hundred steps to reach the cave. The cave is about twelve feet long and five feet high.
